Service and Maintenance Plan
Cleaning services will include removing debris from gutters and downspouts, replacing loose or missing nails, screws or fasteners, and caulking or patching minor leaks or holes that are seen. *First time cleaning, payment is do prior to service. If Gutter Brothers agrees to perform a second cleaning within 13 thirteen months of the first cleaning, the second cleaning will be discounted! If Gutter Brothers agrees to perform a third cleaning within 2 two years of the first, the third cleaning will have a greater discount.**
*For extensive repairs and/or replacement of parts an extra fee may apply. The continued maintenance plan does not include damage caused by inclement weather, neglect or abuse.
**The discounts for the second and third cleaning will be void if there is a substantial change made to the gutter system of the residence or building or if the gutter system is substantially altered after the first cleaning or damaged by the weather, neglect, abuse or other conditions. The determination of level of alteration or damage is to be made by Gutter Brothers. A new agreement will be required for the cleaning service if substantial alterations or damages to the gutter system has occurred.
